November 30, 2006: Enwave Announces MetroCentre will be Connected to Deep Lake Water Cooling

Toronto, ON - Enwave Energy Corporation is pleased to announce that Oxford Properties has agreed to provide Metro Centre with Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling.

"Adopting Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling technology at MetroCentre brings Oxford's total office space cooled with the system to 4.9 million square feet," said David Costello, Vice President, Real Estate Management, GTA Region. "We are proud to lead our industry in the use of renewable energy sources. Enwave's DLWC is a positive environmental choice and is good business, not only for Oxford, but also for our customer-tenants. We believe Deep Lake Water Cooling adds value to the property in the long term" said Costello.

Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling system draws cold water from Lake Ontario at 4° C to naturally cool buildings. Through a closed loop system at the Enwave Energy Transfer Station, heat exchanges between the City's water supply and Enwave's water grid that cools buildings. Enwave uses only the coldness from the lake water not the actual water to provide the alternative to conventional air conditioning.

"It gives me great pleasure to welcome two more Oxford buildings to the Enwave district energy network", said Dennis Fotinos, President & CEO of Enwave Energy Corporation. "With the connection of Metro Centre, Oxford continues to demonstrate by example their commitment to the environment and to cost containment for their tenants."
