  • Late in the night, a customer's building custodian called 310-WAVE regarding a steam leak that had set off the building's alarms. Enwave technicians arrived onsite within two hours of receiving the call. They were able to isolate the steam to prevent further damage to any of the building’s heating systems.

  • A customer's facility manager called 310-WAVE during the afternoon informing us that they were not receiving any cooling. Enwave was able to respond, diagnose and resolve the problem in less than two hours of receiving the call. The cause was a contractor working on a nearby construction site who had mistakenly shut-off an Enwave cooling valve.
